3. There is no express or implied warranty about the suitability or functionality of this website or associated services.
   
4. You agree to indemnify the website operators for any damages, either direct or indirect, from petitions that are posted on this site, that are not posted on this site, that are removed from this site, or by any and all operations of this website.
